Mini House ModulX – x4 module cabin unit
Mini House ModulX does not require a foundation – up to eight windows, security curtains, eight lights, 12x double electrical sockets, 2x radiators and a roller door.
The cabin comes in a shallow package and consists of panels. Each cabin comes with two window panels, which already have security curtains and electrical sockets attached.
In addition, a door panel and one electrical socket panel.
5 modules are installed on the longer side of one cabin and 2 modules are installed on the shorter side of on cabin.
Two lights are already on the ceiling and their location can be changed when ordering. The cabin can be connected to each other to form, for example, the solution of four heaters in the picture.
This cabin is taller compared to the Containex model.
The main difference is that the ModulX cabin can also choose its color.
This cabin has an external electrical connection recessed into the upper edge of the container roof. The recessed connector cannot be damaged so easily during transport.
There are electrical sockets under both windows and one additional socket in a separate panel.
In addition, a second or third floor can be built on top of the unit.

Mini house ModulX – 4 cabins connected to each other or more?
At the customer’s request, we can build a sauna, sanitary unit, kitchen, garage or something else inside the unit.
We can handle the construction of the sanitary unit in 1-3 weeks, depending on the order of work.
The cabins can be connected to each other as in the picture.
When connecting the cabins, there is an additional cost for the connection kit between the two units and our on-site connection.
However, these costs are not comparable to a house built on a foundation.
