Modular house

A modular house can be built according to the customer’s wishes!
This office cabin has one small window, two lights, 2x two-way electrical sockets, 5 full-height windows and a radiator.
The modular office cabin comes in a shallow package and consists of panels. Each hothouse has equipment according to the customer’s wishes.
Starting with floor-to-ceiling windows and ending with a bathroom and kitchen.
5 modules are installed on the longer side of the cabin and 2 modules are installed on the shorter side of the office cabin.
Two lights are already on the ceiling and their location can be changed when ordering.

This modular house is better equipped and taller than the Containex model.
The exterior color of this modular office cabin can be chosen from light gray, dark gray, blue and red, which we usually have in stock.
The electrical connection is recessed into the upper edge of the container roof. The recessed plug cannot be damaged so easily during transport.
Inside, there are electrical sockets under the window and one additional socket in a separate panel.

The office cabins  can be connected to form larger rooms. In addition, a second or third floor can be built on top of the office cabin.

At the customer’s request, we will build a sauna, sanitary facilities, kitchen, garage or something else inside the office cabin.
We can complete the construction of the sanitary facilities in 1-3 weeks, depending on the order of work.
