Mini house (high)

The mini house does not require a foundation – two windows, security curtains, two lights, 3x two electrical sockets and a radiator.
The office cabins comes in a shallow package and consists of panels. Each office cabin comes with two window panels, which already have security curtains and electrical sockets attached.
In addition, a door panel and one electrical socket panel.
5 modules are installed on the longer side of the cabin and 2 modules are installed on the shorter side of the cabin.
Two lights are already attached to the ceiling and their location can be changed when ordering.

This office cabin is taller than the Containex model.
The main difference is that the ModulX office cabins can also be colored.
This office cabin has an external electrical connection recessed into the upper edge of the container roof. The recessed connector cannot be damaged so easily during transport.
Inside, there are electrical sockets under both windows and one additional connector in a separate panel.

The office cabins can be connected to each other to form larger rooms. In addition, a second or third floor can be built on top of the unit.

Mini house – Order a suitable solution for yourself:

At the client’s request, we will build a sauna, sanitary facilities, kitchen, garage or something else inside the cabin.
We can handle the construction of the sanitary facilities in 1-3 weeks, depending on the order of work.
The cabins can be connected to each other, as in the picture.
When connecting the cabins, there is an additional cost for the connection kit between the two cabins and our on-site connection.
However, these costs are not comparable to a house built on a foundation.
