Company Miil started transporting sea containers in 90′. The direction of selling and renting modular buildings, insulated construction and office cabins and containers, which grew out of a side business, is constantly being improved. All cabins we sell have CE markings and EU certificates.

Cabins on a bolted frame,
without weak welded joints.

We are the official representative of Containex and ModulX cabins in Estonia. The special feature of these cabins is that the door and window locations are easily changed. When buying from us, the cabins are always of high quality, bolted on a frame and without weak welded joints. All moduls can be connected to form larger rooms or modular houses.
The electrical system is safe, the roof can withstand any snow load and various extras can be built into the modular cabins, such as a sauna, washing facilities and a place for a vehicle. In addition, it is possible to install, for example, an air-source heat pump in the greenhouse, which allows the greenhouse to be cooled or heated at any time. The greenhouses can be connected to form larger rooms.

Insulated office and construction cabins

Containex and ModulX cabins are used from summer cottages and living quarters to the office of a construction site. The cabin is also suitable for activities requiring high cleanliness, such as a sampling point or a food place. It is possible to form a building of unlimited size from the modules, and build up to three-story solutions with a sanitary area, garage and canteen.

For example, kindergartens, additional rooms to increase office space or temporary buildings during renovations have been built from modular greenhouses.

If you need a new mini-house on the same day, we always have a warm house ready on site. We usually assemble a warm house in a suitable configuration for the customer within a week.

We have a very wide selection of sea containers and constantly have over 200 different sea containers in stock.
We transport the sold sea container or warm house to the customer’s territory quickly and with high quality using the equipment designed for this purpose.
